CR Investment Management is a pan-European asset management group engaged in providing a range of services to parties with exposure to real-estate. With in excess of €3.5BN of assets under management and additional assets within advisory mandates, the group was originally founded in 2004 and has subsequently grown both organically and by acquisition.

The business is majority-owned by its management team, each of whom are operationally involved in the day-to-day management of the business and its activities. The management team's track-record includes the management and restructuring of in excess of €25BN of real-estate and other assets. Prior to CR, the management team's pedigree included institutions such as CBRE, Warburg Henderson, NM Rothschild & Sons and Ernst & Young Real-estate.
